Celebrity Connection Celebrates Mardi Gras With Shannon Elizabeth
 We recently booked actress Shannon Elizabeth (of “American Pie” and “Scary Movie”) to be crowned Queen of Mardi Gras at Universal Studios in Orlando, the largest and longest-running Mardi Gras celebration outside of New Orleans. Shannon opened Universal’s 10-week long Mardi Gras celebration by riding atop a float as Queen of the Mardi Gras parade.
Celebrity Connection’s Award Winning Production
 Celebrity Connection served as the Talent Coordinator for the first annual TVLand Awards. The unique award show was a true celebration of classic TV and honored viewers’ favorite series, characters and events from television's past. The ceremony was taped on March 2 at the Hollywood Palladium and will be shown on Nick@Nite and TVLand throughout the month of March.
In addition to securing telecast host John Ritter and pre-show hosts Kathy Najimy, Martin Mull, and Keshia Knight Pulliam, Celebrity Connection ensured that more than 70 of TV’s current and classic stars were there to enjoy the show as well as to perform, present, and accept the awards.
Celebrities in attendance included cast members from favorite shows such as “Mary Tyler Moore,” “The Dick Van Dyke Show,” “The Brady Bunch,” “The Partridge Family,” “The Love Boat,” “Charlie’s Angels,” “Laverne and Shirley,” “All in the Family,” “Diff’rent Strokes,” and many more. Performers and presenters included Halle Berry, Matthew Perry, Kathy Bates, Mira Sorvino, Dick Van Dyke, Rob Reiner, Mr. Blackwell, David Cassidy, Ted Danson, Barbara Eden, Vicki Lawrence, Doris Roberts, and Henry Winkler among other television legends.
Absolut Celebrity
 Celebrity Connection secured Bill Barminski, esteemed artist and creator of the Absolut Barminski billboard on Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles, as a guest speaker at the annual PROMAX & BDA (The Broadcast Designers Association) Conference and Exhibition in Los Angeles this June. This conference brings together the “Who’s Who” of the media, marketing and promotions industry. Barminski is known for his work in many media including painting, video installation, digital music composition and interactive formats. He has also directed numerous music videos including "Everybody's Free" (the Sunscreen Song).
